Safety

Sunshine boasts a certified WHMIS instructor at each location. Each foreperson is First aid certified and each employee is WHMIS trained annually. Sunshine is committed to providing ongoing training for each employee along with the protective equipment needed to reduce the risks associated with their job.

The Environment

Sunshine takes our environmental responsibility very seriously. Some of the initiatives that Sunshine has taken a leadership role in are as follows:

• Usage of environmentally friendly alternatives to landscape chemicals
• Use of low emission fuels such as Bio-Diesel
• a No-Idle policy, monitored by GPS
• Paper usage reduction through email quoting and invoicing
• and Recycling at all of our locations
