ORANGEVILLE, Ontario (October 18, 2010) - The Grounds Guys™ is pleased to announce the opening of a new franchise location in Ajax-Whitby-Oshawa, Ontario.
The new owners of The Grounds Guys™ Ajax / Oshawa franchise are Graham and Jenni Randall. Graham brings an extensive résumé to the operation including fourteen years as the Owner / Operator of his own successful landscape - hardscapes installation company serving the Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa areas. Graham is committed to the same strong business ethics defined within The Grounds Guys™ Code of Values (CARE). He brings a wealth of both practical and managerial experience to The Grounds Guys Team in Ajax. Over the years Graham has developed a strong base of horticultural knowledge, and the 'artisan's eye' that is necessary in evaluating any landscape project. He also has advanced schooling and training in metal fabrication. Graham's knowledge, skills, and passion will enable The Grounds Guys Ajax Team to exceed their customers' expectations.
Jenni has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources, and has gained practical skills through her career working with the Government Pensions Plan. Jenni will bring her knowledge and energy to The Grounds Guys as the Sales and Customer Service Department Manager. The working assets of both Graham and Jenni, coupled with The Grounds Guys™ award winning* Business Model and Operating System, should provide a dynamic environment for continued business growth and success.
