The new owners of The Grounds Guys™ North Bay franchise are Shawn and Andrea Wilson. Shawn brings an extensive résumé to the operation including four years as the Owner / Operator of his own successful landscape maintenance and snow removal company serving the North Bay area. Shawn is committed to the same strong business ethics as defined within The Grounds Guys™ Code of Values (CARE). He has also proudly served as a 20-year veteran in the Canadian Armed Forces.
Andrea has both organizational and operations skills gained through her prior career within the financial and banking services industry. These working assets, coupled with The Grounds Guys™ award winning* Business Model and Operating System, should provide a dynamic environment for continued business growth and success.
